Deleting your account

Version 1.0 · effective 9 October 2026

In the app

Open Enforso, go to your profile settings and choose Delete account. Confirm, and the deletion happens straight away — you do not need to write to anyone. It works the same whether you signed in or used Enforso on this device without an account.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, write to privacy@enforso.com from the e-mail address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm once it is done, within 30 days.

What is deleted at once

  • Account identity
  • Device record
  • Notification addressing
  • Reminders
  • History and scheduling state
  • Location triggers
  • Health triggers
  • Purchases and paid access
  • Your consents
  • Announcements you have seen
  • Service logs

Your consent to the processing of health data is withdrawn with them: deleting the account is how that consent is withdrawn.

What stays for a while

A few records are keyed to your device rather than to your account, so they are not found when the account goes. Each expires on its own schedule:

  • Sign-in codes sent to your e-mail address — ten minutes, or until it is used.
  • Instructions to remove a Live Activity from your screen after you delete your account — 14 days after the card has been removed.
  • Uploaded log lines — 24 hours.
  • App events — 30 days.
  • Request log, without bodies — 30 days.
  • Request and response bodies, masked — 24 hours.
  • Operator request log — 7 days.
  • Trace events — 7 days.
  • Live Activity event records — 14 days.
  • Background jobs that failed — 14 days.
  • Application log — 14 days.
  • A note that your account was deleted, with its identifiers and the time, so that a restored backup deletes it again — 180 days.
  • Operator audit log — 14 days.
  • The service's console output — rotated by size — at most 100 MB per service, the oldest discarded first.
  • Performance traces and logs, on our own monitoring server — 90 days.

Within 180 days of your deletion, all of it is gone.

What we cannot delete for you

  • Apple's record of your purchases. The App Store keeps its own record of what you bought, under Apple's terms.
  • RevenueCat's record of your purchases. RevenueCat keeps purchase records for us; deleting your account removes ours, and if you want RevenueCat's copy erased too, write to privacy@enforso.com and we will ask them to.
  • Counts that identify no one, such as how many times an announcement was read.

More about what we keep and why is in the Privacy Policy.
