Consent to the processing of health data

The reminders you keep in Enforso, and the record of when you completed them, can reveal information about your health — the name of a medicine, how often you take it, whether you missed a dose. The law treats that as health data and lets us process it only with your explicit consent.

By giving your consent, you agree that DOINGA LTD may store and process the content of your reminders and their history, including any health information they reveal, for the single purpose of providing the Enforso service to you — keeping your reminders, sending them on time, recording when they were completed, and keeping your devices in agreement.

• We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it beyond the processors named in the Privacy Policy.
• Measurements from Apple Health never leave your device; the service only learns which kind of measurement may complete a reminder.
• You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account. Without it, there is nothing the service may do with your reminders, so withdrawing consent and deleting the account are the same step.
• Without your consent the app cannot store reminders on our service.

We keep a record that you consented, on which device, when, and to which version of this text, so that we can show it if we are asked to.
